Muscles as water<\/p>\n

I paint the sea and become the ocean<\/p>\n

Body 70 percent water<\/p>\n

Frozen body freeing to a flowing tidal wave of art<\/p>\n

The heart my art<\/p>\n

Muscles releasing – contracting to release again<\/p>\n

Melting<\/p>\n

Finally bouncing like the brush on the stretched canvas<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Spring is springing<\/p>\n

Warming my heart, earth<\/p>\n

Love and art<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Flexing art’s muscle<\/p>\n

Tight or toned?<\/p>\n

Held or free?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lengthening muscles into the art<\/p>\n

Releasing art muscle into the flow<\/p>\n

The heart of all that is matter<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Muscles flowing as spirals<\/p>\n

Tight muscles tight art!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Long free ecstatic muscles flowing into art<\/p>\n

Paint brush spiralling freely from my back<\/p>\n

From the energising out breath<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Loving the feel<\/p>\n

The way I feel<\/p>\n

A tidal wave through my body onto canvas<\/p>\n

Energy in motion<\/p>\n

Emotion<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Given away, no expectation of return, just explored right now<\/p>\n

I am free to dance the paint<\/p>\n
